Job Position : Technical Support Representative

Are you an internet rockstar that loves helping customers and fixing advanced problems? We're looking for you to join our support organization. This is a remote job with the benefit of working anywhere in the world. If you are local, you can also work at our offices in Navi Mumbai ( India ) and NY ( US ).

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support questions via our ticketing system.
  • Help customers set up their website
  • Help transfer customer accounts from other providers.
  • Help customers with script and software upgrades
  • Help and repair infected and compromised accounts.
  • Handle server monitoring tickets and repair systems in event of failures.
  • Help build and configure new servers.

Job Requirements

  • Be able to work long hours by yourself or without any supervision.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to troubleshoot and learn new things by themselves.
  • Must be able to work under stress and pressure.
  • Reliable Internet connection and electricity.

Skill Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of cPanel, WHM and CentOS.
  • Expert knowledge of Wordpress.
  • Advanced knowledge of Litespeed, Varnish and Apache.
  • Knowledge of KVM and OpenVZ
  • Knowledge of MySQL, Exim and CloudLinux.
  • 4+ years in the web-hosting industry.

Preferred but not required :

Be able to write code in bash and PHP.

Jon Position : Technical Support ( Remote )

Do you obsess over customer satisfaction? Dream in binary? Can troubleshoot PHP errors in your head? We need you. Our core department is a "master of all trades" department which handles all aspects of our company, but plays a primary role in the success of our technical support organization.

This is a remote job with the benefit of working anywhere in the world.

If you are local, you can also work at our offices in Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle escalated tickets as well as questions from our Tier 2 and Tier 1 support staff.
  • Review random tickets for quality assurance.
  • Assist with other ticket departments as needed
  • Help and repair infected and compromised accounts.
  • Handle server monitoring tickets and repair systems in event of failures.
  • Help build and configure new servers.

    Account & Sales Manager ( Remote )

    Can you sell a swimsuit to someone who lives in the North Pole? If so, we need to talk. We are looking for someone who can sell anything and to anyone. This position will involve phone, live chat and e-mail support for new and existing customers.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.
    • Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.
    • Help resolve billing issues such as duplicate charges, missing charges and invoice questions.
    • Work with our management team and update social media to reflect new specials and news.

    Job Requirements

    • Be able to work long hours by yourself or without any supervision.
    • Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.
    • Must be able to multi-task
    • Must be able to work under stress and pressure.
    • Must be able to do math problems, such as adding, dividing and percentages to determine amounts owed.
    • Reliable Internet connection and electricity.

    Skill Requirements

    • Extensive sales and billing knowledge.
    • Knowledge in the WHMCS Billing System.
    • Knowledge in the web-hosting industry

    Schedule : This position is for Saturday through Wednesday from 09:00AM - 6:00PM IST
